When the students finish university for the summer, many universities open up their halls of residence for paying guests. Single and double rooms, studios, and apartments are available all over the country.
University accommodation can offer an affordable and comfortable option to the general public, students not resident at the university but looking for somewhere to stay, and educational and business travellers. Schools and colleges will often book field trips based at universities and they, and business groups, will often have the use, not just of the accommodation, but other facilities on campus as well.
